Voor een internationaal georiënteerd advocatenkantoor zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren interim Legal Counsel (m/v/x) gespecialiseerd in het arbeidsrecht. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een sterke troef.
In deze opdracht ondersteun je cliënten in uiteenlopende dossiers binnen zowel individueel als collectief arbeidsrecht. Je adviseert over arbeidsovereenkomsten, beëindigingen en geschillen, en begeleidt daarnaast complexere trajecten zoals collectieve ontslagen en meervoudige ontslagprocedures. Ook neem je een actieve rol op in due diligence onderzoeken in het kader van transacties, waarbij je samenwerkt met ervaren specialisten binnen een internationale context.
